Job Qualifications for Industrial Machinery Electrician
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial machinery repair and maintenance, with a focus on electrical systems and motor winding.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams; proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical malfunctions in industrial equipment.
- Motor Winding Expertise: Proven experience in motor winding and rewinding techniques for AC and DC motors, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with OSHA and NEC standards, ensuring all electrical work adheres to safety regulations and best practices.
- Electrical Skills: Proficient in using electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation resistance testers for troubleshooting.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic mechanical skills to assist in the repair of machinery components and systems that may involve electrical work.
