Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled

AutoCAD Draughtsman - Electrical

to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and clear electrical drawings and layouts for construction and infrastructure projects in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D and 3D electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD based on design specifications and site requirements. Create drawings for lighting, power, low current, and cable routing systems. Coordinate with electrical engineers and project managers to ensure drawings are technically accurate and align with project objectives. Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, consultants, or site conditions. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes (such as DEWA, ADDC, or other local authorities), and project requirements. Maintain organized project files and drawing documentation. Collaborate with other discipline draughtsmen (Mechanical, Civil, etc.) to ensure design integration. Conduct site visits when required to gather field information or support installation accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman in electrical works, preferably within the UAE/GCC. Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (e.g., Revit MEP is a plus). Good knowledge of electrical systems design, including LV systems, cable trays, and containment. Familiarity with local authority regulations (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, etc.). Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
