to join our fit-out and design team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and layouts for interior projects, ensuring compliance with design intent and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
2D drawings, shop drawings, and joinery details
using AutoCAD for interior fit-out projects.
Convert conceptual designs and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
Develop layouts for furniture, joinery, partitions, false ceilings, flooring, and other interior elements.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.
Maintain drawing records, revisions, and updates in line with project requirements.
Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and UAE regulations.
Support project execution teams with dimensioned drawings and detail clarifications.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Interior Design (or equivalent).
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
as an AutoCAD Draftsman in
interior fit-out/joinery projects
(UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD
(mandatory).
Knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and finishes.
Familiarity with joinery works, false ceilings, and MEP coordination is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
