Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Project Site Draftsman

with hands-on experience in

civil and architectural works

, capable of developing accurate

shop drawings

based on

Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings

, site conditions, and technical requirements. The draftsman will be stationed at the

project site

and work closely with the engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely and coordinated drawing submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop

shop drawings

(civil and architectural) from

IFC drawings

, specifications, and site inputs. Modify and update drawings as per

site conditions

, consultant instructions, and coordination meetings. Ensure drawings comply with

project specifications

,

QCS standards

, and applicable

regulatory codes

. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other disciplines to

incorporate on-site changes

and construction feasibility. Review and interpret technical drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure accuracy. Prepare

as-built drawings

in coordination with site execution team. Maintain proper documentation of all revisions, approvals, and submissions. Attend site coordination meetings and reflect changes or clarifications in drawings accordingly. Assist in resolving discrepancies between drawings and actual site execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Architecture

, or

Drafting Technology

. Minimum

3+ years

of experience in preparing

civil and architectural shop drawings

, with at least

1 year on-site experience

preferred. Strong command of

AutoCAD

; knowledge of

Revit

, BIM, and 3D drafting is a plus. Good understanding of

IFC drawings

, specifications, BOQ, and construction details. Ability to work independently and under pressure at the site. Strong attention to detail and precision in technical drawing work. Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
