URGENTLY NEEDED:

AutoCAD draftsman specializing in Marble & Fitout works (pref marble Industry)

For Permanent Position.

Job Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of UAE experience in the Marble & Fitout Industry

Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.

Should have advanced MS Office skills

Ability to work well in a team and on your own.

Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.

Ability to complete the task in timely manner.

:

Provide high-level support to AutoCAD Draftsman and Documentation Officer by collecting and analyzing information to prepare or revise drawings as required

Assist in developing a layout of the system, identifying dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, and materials

Responsible for generating a Bill of Material (BOM) or Bill of quantity (BOQ) from drawings and/or specifications

Prepare scope-marked drawings, shop drawings, and cutting list drawings.

Performing calculations for materials and wastage limitations.

Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems

Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.

Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.

Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.

Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. - Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Job Types: Permanent

Salary: Up to AED3,500 per month
