We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient
AutoCAD Draftsman cum Estimator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and architectural layouts using AutoCAD, while also preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimations for projects. This dual-role position plays a crucial part in supporting both design and cost planning processes in line with client requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:Drafting & Design:
Develop detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
Interpret and incorporate design inputs from architects, engineers, and project managers.
Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Maintain up-to-date drawing records and as-built documentation.
Estimation:
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify scope of work and materials.
Assist in preparing cost estimates and pricing for tender submissions.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for updated price quotes and material costs.
Support value engineering exercises by suggesting cost-effective alternatives.
Note : Should have UAE pricing and market knowledge precisecly.
Salary : AED 4000-5000
