Requirements:

Extensive experience in marble and stone works, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with the ability to produce accurate drawings and take quantities from both drawings and site visits. Strong technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex situations from drawings. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate in a multi-cultural environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining high standards of quality work. Familiarity with calculation and drafting software, as well as specialist and standard software. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines. Willingness to undergo a test as part of the interview process. Has Joinery or Interior or Marble or Stone works would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Resolve planning issues and develop effective solutions. Estimate quantities for new tenders and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates based on architectural drawings and site measurements Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and documentation. Track project costs and advise on cost-effective solutions. Review variation orders and assist in invoicing. Documentation of ongoing projects regards to quantities, Material to site (MTS), Variation Orders (VO). Coordinating with site in-charge and factory in-charge regards to material delivery and productions.
