Key Responsibilities:
Technical / Drafting Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and shop drawings as per project requirements and specifications.
Maintain drawing records and ensure proper filing and version control.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely submissions.
Quantity take-offs, material schedules, and as-built drawings when required.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle general office administrative tasks including documentation, filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation such as submittals, RFIs, and delivery notes.
Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other routine reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth communication and follow-ups.
Support management in scheduling meetings, maintaining logs, and tracking project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting; experience in construction/interior/fit-out industry preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle both technical and administrative responsibilities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
