Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting (AutoCAD):

Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and technical designs using AutoCAD. Modify and update existing designs as per client/production requirements. Ensure drawings comply with manufacturing standards and quality specifications. Coordinate with the engineering and sales team to translate client requirements into workable designs.

Production Coordination:

Plan and schedule production activities in alignment with project timelines. Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams to ensure material availability. Track work progress and provide daily/weekly updates to management. Monitor workflow to avoid delays, bottlenecks, and errors in production. Support in maintaining quality checks during production stages.

Documentation & Communication:

Maintain and update drawing records, BOMs, and project files. Prepare production-related reports, schedules, and status updates. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for clarifications. Assist in preparing technical submittals and approvals.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(2D & 3D), MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production workflows. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent coordination, planning, and organizational skills. Good communication skills in English (written & verbal). Problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail.

Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline. Certification in AutoCAD (preferred).
