Job Summary:



The

Auto Spare Parts Sales Executive

is responsible for

driving sales of automotive spare parts

, identifying customer needs, providing

accurate product solutions

, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role focuses on

achieving monthly sales targets

,

expanding the customer base

, and ensuring high levels of

customer satisfaction

in both retail and corporate markets.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote, market, and sell automotive spare parts

to

retail and corporate clients

across multiple vehicle brands. Handle

walk-in customers

and respond promptly to

phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries

. Provide accurate details on

parts compatibility, availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules

. Build and maintain strong

customer relationships

to ensure

repeat business

and long-term partnerships.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

as set by management. Coordinate with

warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams

to ensure proper stock availability and timely delivery. Maintain and update

sales records, quotations, invoices, and customer databases

in the system. Monitor

market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback

to identify growth opportunities. Support in

developing and implementing sales strategies

to increase market share and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum 2-3 years

of proven experience in

auto spare parts sales

, preferably in the

automotive industry

. In-depth

knowledge of automobile spare parts

(multi-brand experience preferred). Strong

communication, negotiation, and customer service

skills. Ability to

work independently and in a team

in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in

MS Office, ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar)

.

Valid UAE driving license

is an advantage.
