Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for spare parts aftermarket sales.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of spare parts, including part numbers and specifications.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Communicate with potential clients to offer sales deals and negotiate contracts.
Maintain a database of existing and potential customers and foster long-term business relationships.
Prepare and submit daily reports on sales performance and market insights.
Ensure prompt and efficient customer service by understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability and timely delivery of spare parts.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in spare parts aftermarket sales.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of spare parts numbers and inventory management.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities.
Target-Oriented:
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with competitors and industry trends in the auto spare parts sector.
