Role: Service Advisor

BRITFIX, one of Dubai's most trusted British auto repair specialists, is looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team! If you're passionate about cars, great with people, and have experience in the UAE auto repair industry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

- Act as the key point of contact between customers and our workshop team

- Book service appointments and ensure efficient scheduling

- Provide accurate service and repair estimates

- Explain repair needs and timelines to customers clearly and professionally

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up after service

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a friendly manner

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a mechanical workshop

- Previous UAE experience in the automotive service industry is essential

- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus)

- Good technical understanding of vehicles and repair processes

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude

- Familiarity with workshop management systems is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

Mechanical Workshop Service Advisor: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Preferred)
