Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
Automotive Maintenance Service Advisor
to manage daily auto maintenance operations, coordinate work schedules, oversee sales and petty cash, and lead a team of technicians. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and experience in the UAE or GCC automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily automotive maintenance operations.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work efficiently.
Supervise and guide a team of technicians to ensure quality service.
Manage sales transactions and handle petty cash effectively.
Communicate directly with customers to provide expert service advice.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing accurate repair estimates.
Maintain records of maintenance services, repairs, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Speak Urdo/Hindi and English
Visit Visa / Cancelled / Transferable approved
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
5 years as an automotive technician

Minimum
5 years as a service advisor
.
At least
3 years of direct customer service experience
.
Minimum
3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC
automotive industry.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Good sales and cash handling experience.
Proficiency in Arabic (spoken).
