Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned auto loan sales targets to grow the customer base
• Promote FAB auto loan products within the assigned market or sales territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through professional engagement
• Support and participate in promotional activities, meetings, and roadshows to drive sales volumes
• Ensure all customer applications and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and error-free
• Follow up on approved deferrals and resolve documentation discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain strong knowledge of FAB retail banking products, policies, and procedures
• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to strengthen sales positioning
• Deliver service excellence with a strong customer-focused approach
• Adhere strictly to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
