To manage the submission, follow-up, and approval process of architectural drawings and related documents with Dubai authorities such as Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Municipality (DM), and developers like Emaar, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and coordinate the submission of architectural drawings in line with authority standards and guidelines.
Liaise with DDA, DM, Emaar, and other relevant authorities for approvals, NOCs, and permits.
Ensure all submissions meet the technical, regulatory, and procedural requirements of each authority.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project teams to address authority comments and resubmit as required.
Track and monitor submission status, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Maintain records of all authority communications, approvals, and submissions for audit and compliance purposes.
Stay updated on regulatory changes, authority procedures, and submission portals (e.g., Dubai Municipality Building Permit system).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of Dubai authority regulations, codes, and submission processes (DDA, DM, Emaar).
Previous experience in authority liaison/permit coordination in the UAE.
Strong communication and coordination skills with government authorities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and authority submission portals.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously.
