Job Title: Authority Approval Specialist / Approval - G+1 Approved DM Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with valid Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Engineer approval to manage and secure regulatory approvals for construction and interior fit-out projects. This hybrid role combines technical engineering review with authority coordination, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and facilitating smooth interactions with government entities.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of architectural and structural drawings, regulatory frameworks, and submission protocols across multiple authorities. This role is essential to maintaining project timelines, securing permits, and upholding the highest standards of compliance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit architectural and engineering drawings/documents to:

Dubai Municipality (DM) Dubai Development Authority (DDA) Trakhees Nakheel Emaar DEWA Civil Defense TECOM Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC)
Ensure all project designs and documentation meet the regulatory standards, building codes, and submission protocols of relevant authorities.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to facilitate timely and accurate approvals.

Track approval progress and follow up with authorities to meet project deadlines.

Advise design and project teams on applicable regulatory requirements and changes in authority procedures.

Stay informed on updates to DM-BPS, Trakhees, eNOC portals, and other digital platforms.

Maintain organized records of submissions, revisions, approvals, and correspondence.

Act as the technical liaison for G+1 engineering approvals, ensuring compliance with DM structural and architectural standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Must hold valid

Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer Approval

. Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in engineering, authority coordination, and regulatory approvals. Strong working knowledge of DM-BPS, Trakhees, eNOC portals, and other online submission systems. In-depth understanding of DM rules, building codes, and authority workflows. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. UAE driving license is a plus.
