TARRAB CONTRACTING L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled and Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Approved Civil Engineer with proven experience in BUILDING CONSTRUCTION within UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects--from planning to execution and handover while ensuring full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage submissions and obtain permits/NOCs from authorities including DDA, DM, Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, TECOM, and others.
Prepare and submit detailed approval documentation including architectural drawings, structural modifications, and compliance reports.
Liaise with authority engineers, attend technical meetings, and manage resubmissions or clarifications as required.
Maintain organized logs and trackers for all approval stages, including timelines, requirements, and correspondence.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and Dubai Municipality inspectors for approvals and inspections.
Ensure proper execution of civil works, including foundation, concrete, and finishing works.
Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .
Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer Approval (mandatory).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dubai, specifically in Fit outs .
Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, DM procedures, and authority approvals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
