Job Description

Qualification: Diploma or Graduate Competency: ASNT /PCN/ISO 9712/CSWIP Level II PAUT/TOFD/AUT Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 YearsaEUR(TM) Similar Experience Required Safe handling & Maintaining of the AUT Equipment Preparation of AUT setup for the demonstration. Performing AUT demonstration as per the project specific and AUT procedural requirements. Planning the inspection activities as per project scope and site condition to avoid waiting & wastage of resources Perform AUT, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing and TOFD on various types of jobs as per approved procedural requirements. Able to perform required calibrations and demonstrations as per the project specific approved procedures. Able to interpret the specific code requirements related to AUT, PAUT & TOFD. Prepare Scan plan using ES beam tool or NDT setup builder, collect PAUT data and able to do interpretation either in Omni PC or Tomoview. Prepare final inspection reports as per the approved procedural requirements. Able to perform the inspection activities as per project scope and site condition to avoid waiting & wastage of resources. Able to troubleshoot the problems occur in the NDT equipmentaEUR(TM)s of AUT, Phased Array & TOFD System to support the maintenance engineers
