Overview of the role:

• Trouble shooting and repair of AV products (Projectors - high lumens, Laser projectors) TV, Audio, Video, Cameras etc), & IT peripherals.
• Trouble shooting and repair of Main Boards,
• Installation of Projectors, Display panels, Home theatre and AV Solution products at customer premises etc

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

• Trouble shooting and repair of AV products, Projectors (high lumens, Laser projectors) and IT peripherals
• Meet the KPIs as applicable from time to time
• Installation of Display panels, Home theatre and AV solution products and networking & programming at customer premises
• Achieve and/or exceed the budgeted revenue / GM
• Professional communication with customer regarding \'repair-specific information\xe2\x80\x9d and educate them further on the usabilities and increased utility value of the product so as to \xe2\x80\x9cengage the customer\xe2\x80\x9d in the long run
• Shall be required to field / on-site/ projects requirement / transferable.
• Should be ready to learn cross function experience (ex. AV, Mobile, Nokia etc)

• Degree (4 years) or Diploma (3 years) in IT

• 4-5 years\' experience working in Audio Video repair
