Education: Bachelor's degree from an academic institution recognized in the United Arab Emirates.
Job Objective: To operate and maintain audio equipment during live and recorded outside broadcasts, ensuring high-quality audio capture and transmission for various broadcast events, including sports, concerts, and other live shows. The role involves setting up, troubleshooting, and adjusting audio systems to meet broadcast standards and client specifications, ensuring compliance with the internal policies, procedures, and standards of Client as well as Guidelines related to laws and regulations in the UAE.
Main Responsibilities:
Operational Tasks .

• Set up, operate, and maintain audio equipment used in outside broadcasts, including mixing consoles, microphones, and signal processors. .
• Monitor and adjust audio levels, equalization, and effects during live broadcasts to ensure optimal sound quality. .
• Collaborate with the technical team to plan and execute the setup of audio systems for each broadcast event. .
• Ensure that all audio equipment is correctly configured and tested before the broadcast begins. .
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment during live events. .
• Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen audio problems and minimize disruptions to the broadcast. .
• Work closely with producers, directors, and other broadcast staff to align audio engineering efforts with the overall production goals. .
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback on audio performance and equipment functionality. .
• Conduct pre-event sound checks and ensure that audio systems meet the required standards. .
• Monitor audio quality throughout the broadcast and make real-time adjustments to address any issues.
