Job Responsibilities



Strategy Crafting

Collaborate with the head of department to develop captivating sales and marketing strategies. Contribute innovative ideas to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy development.

Creative Campaign Development

Work closely with the marketing team in creating compelling campaigns, promotions, and experiences. Support in ensuring that marketing and sales materials align with our brand identity and messaging. Brainstorm and implement fresh ideas to engage target audience.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve. Utilize data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Manage existing CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage customer relationships. Support in developing targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention.

Marketing Support

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and promotional items. Coordinate marketing materials and promotional activities for events to ensure a cohesive brand presence.

Business Development & Relationship Management

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize opportunities. Assist in negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business and partnerships.

Personal and Professional Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
