Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Events & Marketing Manager to drive our event and marketing initiatives across the GCC and beyond. This role blends formulating strategy with hands-on project management, creative ideation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative marketing campaigns and immersive brand experiences that deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and recommend integrated marketing and event strategies tailored to brand and client objectives, with a focus on the GCC market and other regions as needed.
Conceptualization & Ideation: Create unique event and marketing concepts that align with business goals and engage target audiences.
Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle, from proposal to execution and post-event/campaign analysis.
Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Creative Direction: Guide design and creative teams, reviewing collateral and ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and project objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of all marketing and event activities.
Market Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of the GCC market and adapt strategies for different regions, leveraging insights to recommend the most effective activities.
Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and optimize event and marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and adherence to financial targets.
Reporting & Analysis: Deliver post-event and campaign reports, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and project champion.
On-site Event Leadership: Serve as the primary representative during events, overseeing logistics, staff, and real-time problem-solving.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in event management, brand activation, and marketing (preferably in the GCC market).
Portfolio of successful event and marketing campaigns, from concept to execution and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams, manage vendors, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and digital marketing platforms.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills
Experience with digital and social media marketing.
Knowledge of current trends in experiential marketing and brand activations.
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and reporting.
