We are currently looking for a creative Associate Social Media Manager who will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
You will manage our company and our brands' image in a cohesive way to achieve our overall goals.
As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement social media strategy to align with the business goals.
Define most important social media KPIs, set objectives and report on ROI
Manage and oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures)
Recommend and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with PR and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency
Hire and train others in the team
Provide constructive feedback
Adhere to rules and regulations
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
:
Proven 2-3 years of experience as Social Media Specialist within fashion, F&B and hospitality industry, including supervisory and comprehensive Social Media experience required.
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Portfolio of successful campaigns you have overseen
Strong leadership and team management skills
Creative thinking with an affinity for innovation and problem-solving
