This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing Digital Infrastructure investment team based in Abu Dhabi. The team invests across the globe, focussing on direct private equity investments and co-investments alongside private equity partners, as well as public market investments.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing Digital Infrastructure investment team based in Abu Dhabi. The team invests across the globe, focussing on direct private equity investments and co-investments alongside private equity partners, as well as public market investments.
What the job involves
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
- Developing and analysing financial models
- Supporting deal execution, and leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
- Training and monitoring analysts
- Play a key role in managing the portfolio of existing investments
- This opportunity would be suitable for an investor at a leading investment bank, within the M&A or leveraged finance teams, or principal investments firm e.g. a private/public equity/credit firm
- You should have a demonstrable track record of executing M&A transactions within infrastructure, or broader real asset sectors
- Strong financial modelling skills, specifically LBOs
- You should have a degree and/or MBA from a top-tier university
- Strong business acumen and critical analysis skills
- High professional integrity and strong work ethic
- Willing to be based in the Middle East full time
