Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients within the assigned PCG portfolio
• Assist in business origination including preparation of term sheets, information memorandums, and mandate letters
• Support pitching and negotiation activities alongside senior relationship managers
• Handle day-to-day banking requirements of assigned clients with support from internal teams
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and targeted NPS scores
• Collaborate with PCG team members, product partners, international banking, credit, and other business units
• Support unit, divisional, and bank-wide initiatives as assigned
• Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Support periodic portfolio risk reviews covering credit, operational, and compliance risks
• Manage daily administrative and transactional activities including documentation follow-up and pipeline updates
• Ensure all internal processes for existing portfolios and new to bank clients are followed
• Manage and track KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
• Ensure timely submission of credit reviews and fulfillment of agreed credit conditions
• Maintain complete and accurate client files and documentation
• Support audit requirements and ensure satisfactory audit outcomes
• Adhere to process KPIs, ORM, BCP, and internal audit requirements
• Prepare timely and accurate MIS, statements, and reports
• Act as a role model within the peer group and support team collaboration
• Participate in learning and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or a similar role
• Basic understanding of corporate and investment banking products and services
• Familiarity with FAB's business strategy and product offerings
• Ability to analyze financial statements and perform basic credit analysis
• Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
