Job Description
Our client is seeking to invest in a highly experienced Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in pre-contract cost management and a strong portfolio Airport / Aviation projects. This is a key leadership role within a highly regarded and long-standing regional consultancy, offering the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects.
This is a exciting opportunity for a commercially strong Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor with 15 years experience to take the next step in their career in a highly strategic and client-facing role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading pre-contract cost management across high-value developments, ensuring commercial excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 15+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, with at least 3+ years in the UAE market
- Proven track record of Airport projects (2-3 years minimum)
- Demonstrable expertise in pre-contract cost planning and procurement
- Previous experience working in the UK or mainland Europe within a consultancy environment
- A BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or related field
- MRICS status (preferred)
- Exceptional leadership, client management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead small to medium sized teams, mentor junior staff, and manage high-level client relationships
- Leading pre-contract cost planning, feasibility studies, and value engineering
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key commercial advisor
- Overseeing and guiding junior QS staff
- Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international best practice
- Supporting business development and contributing to bid proposals
