Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a well established and every-growing consultancy in Dubai, working as part of their dynamic cost and commercial team.
The ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (Essential)
- A minimum of 15 years' industry experience post-graduation (Essential)
- At least 5 years' experience working in the UAE (Essential)
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working on major UK airport projects (Desired)
- Candidates without airports experience but with a strong background in major infrastructure, heavy civils, earthworks or utilities projects will also be considered
- Direct experience working in the UK and/or in-country exposure to the UK market (Essential)
- MRICS chartered status or currently enrolled on the RICS APC route (Essential)
- Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate to work permanently in-country
- Longevity in previous and current roles -- a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered (Essential)
