Our client is seeking to invest in a highly experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in pre-contract cost management and a strong portfolio of work across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. This is a key leadership role within a global consultancy, offering the opportunity to work on major build and infrastructure projects, with the backing of a well-established international team.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 812 years of Quantity Surveying experience, with at least 5+ years in the UAE market
- Strong recent experience delivering projects in Abu Dhabi
- Demonstrable expertise in pre-contract cost planning and procurement
- Previous experience working in the UK or mainland Europe within a consultancy environment
- A BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or related field
- MRICS status (preferred)
- Exceptional leadership, client management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead small to medium sized teams, mentor junior staff, and manage high-level client relationships
- Leading pre-contract cost planning, feasibility studies, and value engineering
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key commercial advisor
- Overseeing and guiding junior QS staff
- Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international best practice
- Supporting business development and contributing to bid proposals
