Headquartered in the Houston, Texas, CB&I has the global expertise and strategically located operations to provide engineering, procurement and construction solutions for our customers' most complex energy projects. The Associate Project Controls Specialist is an entry level professional with specialized knowledge in Project Controls. The position typically reports to the Project Manager or projects controls lead. Primary Responsibilities · Responsible for Cost Forecasting, Scheduling, Progress Measurement & Reporting · Develops the WBS and CBS for control and requirements as defined by the contract and execution plan. · Develops integrated EPC cost and schedule program including reporting · Develops and maintain progress measurement system applicable to the project · Analyzes cost and schedule data including the PSR and recommends solutions or recovery plans to mitigate impacts or delays · Monitors status of risks & opportunities as well as cost and progress trends · Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and adherence to internal controls and procedures. Advises Project Management of forecast risks as soon as they are identified Skills and Behaviors · Knowledge of CB&I products and markets

· BS or equivalent undergraduate degree · 1-3+ years of relevant experience in project execution or construction management · 1+ years of experience in Cost Management in Construction industry · Familiar with JDE, SAP or similar Intermediate to Advanced level in Excel/ Power BI skills

Organizational Structure and Location

· Reports to: Project Controls Manager or Project Manager · Initial work location: Home Office Dubai · Will be assigned to Project sites on completion of training Common Performance Metrics · Cost Forecast Accuracy · Schedule quality and compliance · Meeting deadlines for Reporting & Report quality. · Continuous improvement and self-development · Provides training and guidance to junior Project Controls Specialists · Contribution to Project Performance (Cost, Schedule, Progress, Change & Risk Management) Schedule: Full-time
