We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Project Controls professional to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful execution of our projects by monitoring and analyzing project performance, costs, and schedules.

Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using industry-standard software Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Support the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for projects Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting Contribute to the development of project control processes and procedures Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to stakeholders Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on project performance Assist in change management processes and impact assessments Support the maintenance of project documentation and databases


Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 20+ years of experience in project controls or related field Must have a good background as Programme Controls Manager/ Planning Manager in Infrastructure projects Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with cost control and budgeting techniques Familiarity with schedule management principles and practices Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies Understanding of construction processes and terminology Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Willingness to work on-site in Doha, Qatar
