Job Description

Position Summary:
As a Junior Producer on VICE ARABIA team, you will be responsible for helping producing content across all VMG
Lines of Business.
The Junior Producer role will require to work on a range of different projects at any one time. You will apply your
experience to ensure VMG videos' execution is a leading voice in the global content.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Help produce fully integrated advertising campaigns and projects simultaneously, including broadcast,

social media, and interactive content.

• Work closely with the Senior Producer and the editorial team members to ensure production schedules are

met and delivered to the highest standard.

• Manage post-production flow with the Supervising editor and see the film to completion, with delivery of

final film, socials, subtitles, rights and clearances.

• To be able to assist freelance crew and 3rd party suppliers to ensure VMG videos are created in a

consistent way while we are constantly pushing the parameters of content.

• Identify any legal, compliance and Health & Safety issues that need to be cleared and ensure all release

forms are obtained on every shoot.

• Ensure the final creative product is consistent with agency and client's vision, budget, and timeline.
• Clearly communicate timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals and expectations with internal team members,

external partners, and clients.

• Help the Senior Producer putting forward the best production partners for each job, including director,

editor, music and sound design partners, VFX and graphic artists.

• Help the Senior Producer with Concur expenses, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Contracts and Release

Forms.

• Liaise with the Finance team on status of crew payments.
• Remain current on industry and technology trends and foster innovative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and elevate creative.
• Cultivate strong relationships with all internal departments including creative teams, strategy teams, and

account teams as well as industry partners.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of production and the working conditions and experiences within a production environment
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Deep list of contacts in industry and passion to seek new talent.
• Must possess meticulousness, organizational, problem-solving abilities.
• Effective presentation and communication skills, both oral and written as well as strong interpersonal skills.
