About our client
Our client is a large global investor based in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of a growing platform's investment strategy and performance across real estate and infrastructure investments. What the job involves
- Monitoring strategy and total allocation to consider performance exposures
- Develop and maintain asset management, including annual investment review
- Oversee General Partner relationships to ensure alignment with investment outlooks
- Utilise data analytics to support investment decisions relating to real estate and infrastructure investments
- Oversee bespoke strategy and analysis projects
- Develop and maintain internal projection tools in order to estimate the NAV of the portfolio based on projected deployment
- A data driven individual with strong problem solving abilities
- Excellent Excel / financial modelling skills
- Experienced in transaction pricing metrics
- Demonstrated proficiency with data analytics tools
- Strong communication capabilities and confidence in liaising with management and IC
- Collaborative individual who can work across real estate and infrastructure
- Knowledge of programming languages is preferred
