Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Associate Machine Operator to assist in the operation of our Plastic lines for PET/HDPE bottles and tins. The ideal candidate will work closely with the machine operators to ensure the efficient and safe operation of plastic bottle manufacturing processes in accordance with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Bekum and ASB blow molding machines for the planned production.
• Set up and adjust machines according to product specifications, including mold installation and changes
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with established quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or product defects in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, production counts, and quality data.
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area, adhering to 5S principles.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and optimize workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Work experience requirement

• 1-2 Years Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in plastic blow molding. Proven track record of operating and maintaining blow molding equipment, with hands-on experience in setting up machines for different production runs.
• Technical Training-Completion of technical training or certification programs related to machine operation or manufacturing processes is a plus

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI/ Other certificate from Technical school (Electrical/Mechanical)
