**Associate Mechanical Engineer**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Associate Mechanical Engineer** to join our team! In this role, you will support various mechanical engineering projects, ensuring efficient and effective completion aligned with our strategic goals.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for various projects.

+ Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.

+ Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

+ Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, monitoring compliance.

+ Serve as a point of contact for project updates and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring clear communication.

+ Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

+ Conduct technical analyses and calculations to support project design and implementation.

+ Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as required.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

+ Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.

+ Familiarity with sustainable design practices and construction methodologies.
