**Associate Mechanical Engineer**

**Qatar, Doha**

Parsons is looking forward to hiring an entry level **Associate Mechanical Engineer** ! In this role as a new graduate level engineer, you will be trained and mentored under supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices and gain valuable exposure to company standards and exciting projects.

**What You'll be Doing:**

+ Performing various engineering duties utilizing basic engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline.

+ Engaging in developmental training under close supervision, gaining exposure to engineering theories, practices, and company procedures.

+ Utilizing CAE/CAD applications for engineering tasks.

+ Completing engineering and design assignments applying basic principles and theories studied in a Bachelor's in engineering program.

+ Assisting in preparing fundamental engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.

+ Providing input to CAD Designer/Drafters and performing other associated responsibilities as appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

+ 0-2 years experience, open to fresh graduate

+ Relevant Mechanical engineering internship experience.

+ Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.

+ Ability to apply basic engineering principles, techniques, and analyses within the mechanical engineering discipline.

+ Ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) on technical and non-technical subjects.
