Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Marketing strategy and planning
Support in executing all elements of the marketing strategy
analyse market trends, customer behaviour ad competitor activities to provide insights that help shape marketing strategies
Monitor results and report to marketing manager to adjust campaign strategy with business objectives and the brand identity through all initiatives, activations and campaigns
Work on incorporating Mall of the Future approaches to key campaigns, activations and messaging platforms
Attends quarterly reviews to the marketing strategy ensuring it meets conversion and sales targets for UAE
Brand and Campaign Strategy and Execution
Be responsible for campaign strategies and execution plans inline with the approved MOE marketing strategy and inline with latest trends
Maintaining and enhancing the brand image and reputation , ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing assets
Co-Lead on briefing campaigns to creative, social, media and PR agencies
Identify new and innovative channels that work well for each campaigns and its new target audience
Manage campaign roll-out including all touchpoints of in-mall branding, mainstream media including radio and OOH, social content on MOE social platforms, website page, direct marketing channels (emailers, sms)
Execute campaign photo and video shoots including selection of models, securing access to stylist at key brands, coordinating all logistics of shoots
Ensure Omni is integrated as an ongoing layer on FBB campaigns
Support the team in executing campaigns for Omni, including shoots, in mall branding, content creation and others
Monitor and ensure excellence in communication and creativity, with strong social content and a 360 approach to all campaigns
Monitor in-mall activations to ensure they add value to 360 campaign and are communicated in a seamless way with the rest of the campaign
Works on pre-event and campaign presentations for Marketing manager to get them approved by stakeholders
Track campaign budgets throughout campaign duration
Track results of campaigns and support the team in creating reports to ensure campaign is performing as per KPIs set
Public Relations
Work closely with PR agency on developing marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics for each campaign
Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Review press releases and give feedback to PR agency before sharing it with Marketing manager for approval
Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Other Marketing tasks
Coordinate and manage the execution of key marketing projects outside the calendar ensuring the tasks are completed on time and within budget
Manage the execution of RFP when required and coordinate with procurement on following the approved process and abide audit requirements
Requests for quotations from suppliers and ensure LPOs are issued on time
Build strategic relationships with tenants and become point of contact when they need support at the mall
