Job Description

To assist the editorial department in delivering content for customized solutions in the form of newsletters, articles, and various white label content. Your duty will entail coordinating the delivery of solutions and content on a day-to-day basis and as the business expands and grows.

Being part of a dynamic and active team, you will be required to be able to respond to the business needs in an active and timely manner. You will need to plan and work in a structured and organized way, to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

MAIN DUTIES:

Liaise with clients and follow up on comments, feedback, and requirements.

Assign, follow-up and oversee article delivery with freelancers and experts.

Follow-up with copyeditors to ensure quality and consistency of content.

Revise and proof copies to ensure consistency and quality.

Coordinate and assign translations and follow up with translators to meet deadlines.

Assist and coordinate with designers on newsletter designs.

Deploy and feature articles on special Advertorial page.

Deploy and feature articles on various portals.

Effectively support editorial delivery of content.

Organize and maintain editorial calendars for customized solutions.

Identify and expand freelancers and specialized contributors.

Manage a cost and delivery tracker.

Creativity and innovation are always highly encouraged.

REQUIREMENTS:

A sound understanding of the capital markets and banking.

Demonstrates a concern for accuracy and thoroughness.

Ability to check an already-written piece of content for grammar errors, spelling mistakes.

Ability to work effectively within a group of people and communicate with others in order to complete a set task.

BA in Mass Communications, Journalism or Public Relations or Politics.

1-2 years in Media and PR agency experience with knowledge of commercialization of content is highly favorable.

Native fluency Arabic and English.
