JOB TITLE Process Improvement Analyst - HR (Fixed Term Contract, 12month)
REPORTING TO HR Director
LOCATION Dubai, UAE
MAIN PURPOSE
The successful candidate will work across all HR functions, including but not limited to HR Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management/Development, taking a deep dive into systems and process flows across the aforementioned functions, identifying gaps and process improvements.
JOB PROFILE
Responsibilities:
Analyze workforce utilization, and operational data, process flow charts, to determine the efficient utilization of systems and workforce
Work with all HR personnel and teams on operational excellence deep dives with relevant colleagues within the organization with an aim to leave behind the knowledge for staff to prioritize, assess and make improvements themselves
Lead Enterprise Analysis and Process Improvement efforts to gain efficiencies
Plan and manage successful project execution and implementation
Use models such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen to collect, aggregate, or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
Conceptualize solutions that address user opportunities and issues
Understand the latest architecture, technology, solutions, and industry trends
Meet with business stakeholders, and technical leaders to identify and scope the business opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, and identify risks and constraints
Provide architectural advice, planning guidance, quality assurance, and guidance to the teams on project approach and solution
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of process improvement and process enhancement experience, preferably in a multi-national company environment
Strong in concepts such as process waste, lean background, and general processes
Exposure to Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies required (participating in Kaizen events or Six Sigma projects)
Education:
Bachelor\'s and Master\'s Degree in Engineering, Business, Education, Industrial Engineering, Technical, Management, Project Management, Manufacturing, Business/Administration, Science.
