Jumeirah Group is seeking a talented Associate Director - Global Brand Communications and PR to join its Corporate team in Dubai. This role is key to shaping the global brand narrative, driving PR strategies, and ensuring consistent brand presence across markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated global communications and PR strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage appointed PR agencies to ensure brand alignment and performance
• Build strong media relationships across luxury, travel, and lifestyle sectors for optimal brand exposure
• Utilize analytics tools such as Launch Metrics to track media coverage, influencer performance, and campaign ROI
• Serve as a central liaison between global and property-level PR teams, ensuring unified storytelling
• Drive global influencer initiatives and strengthen brand presence through strategic award submissions
• Provide leadership to team members, fostering creativity and innovation while maintaining crisis communication readiness

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism, Marketing, or similar
• Proven expertise in luxury brand communications, preferably within hospitality
• Experience working in-house and agency-side
• Strong media network and demonstrated success in executing impactful PR campaigns
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
