Our client is a reputable Investment Institution based in the UAE; they are looking to hire an Investment Associate Director specializing in Gaming, Entertainment & Media to join their team. This individual will play an important role in leading and executing M&A activities involving the end-to-end investment lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities within the Gaming, Entertainment & Media Industry

- Develop and execute on the M&A strategy in alignment with the company\'s overall investment strategy including building a pipeline of potential acquisition targets

- Work closely with portfolio companies to identify strategic acquisition targets that align with the investment strategy

- Lead the financial analysis and due diligence on potential targets, including review of financial statements, market trends, and industry dynamics

- Lead the financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decision-making

- Negotiate and structure complex transactions, including purchase agreements, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships

- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, investment banks, and other relevant stakeholders to stay up to date of market trends and opportunities

Responsibilities:

- Minimum 14 years of relevant and proven buy-side and sell-side Investment experience within the Gaming, Entertainment & Media Industry

- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar disciplines

- Master\'s Degree and CFA are preferred

- Strong track record and financial knowledge

- Proficient communication skills
