Dubai, UAE SALARY: 50,000 AED - 55,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Functional Accountabilities
  • Manage client satisfaction results with the various departments and ensure corrective action plans are initiated and managed.
  • Opening tickets, SRs, and collaborating with multiple departments to close client requests
  • Communicate with the portfolio of clients assigned regularly. Resolve queries and complains and ensure that timely solution is provided to maintain a cordial relationship.
  • Set daily objectives and schedules for the team to achieve and exceed company productivity.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, quality assurance and report any problems to management.
  • Assist the team in handling disappointed clients and determine a course of action to resolve client problems.
  • Execute CRM strategies across the board with a focus on encouraging user engagement, retention and loyalty.
  • Ensure the team understands the purpose and benefits of tasks or duties, and demonstrate commitment by getting involved with their progress.
  • Assess CRM and its services from the client\'s point of view, handle client complaints and other related problems and report in the proper manner.
  • Ensure to promote digital engagement (Company app) by reiterating the same in each communication with the clients, and if required support the clients with knowledge on downloading and navigating through the application.
Team Supervision
  • Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
  • Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to the assigned team on processes and soft skills to support their overall development.
  • Promote the organization\'s values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate compliance to organization\'s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.
Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
Reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
2. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
  • Operates within the framework and boundaries of company policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.
  • Authorised to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred.
Minimum Experience
  • 8 to 6 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury real estate, luxury retail, automobile, hospitality, telecom, banking sector including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Office
