We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Insights professional to join our Innovation team in Dubai, UAE. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of insights and innovation and has demonstrated success in leading client partnerships with a strong eye for business.

This role is based out of Dubai. What you\'ll be doing:

You will work across a portfolio of the world\xe2\x80\x99s greatest brands, consulting various clients on projects from Design to Delivery.

In addition, you will:

• Be the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their business objectives, finding opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions to address their challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to champion long lasting client partnerships.
• Identify potential opportunities and prepare persuasive proposals tailored to meet client needs.
• Bring a strong marketing and innovation perspective to client engagements, providing strategic guidance and insights.
• Lead all aspects of the day-to-day activities of client engagements, including relationship management and timely delivery of client projects.
• Lead and mentor a team, nurturing their growth and expertise in the field.
• Handle and lead projects, working closely with the team and other relevant departments for flawless execution.
• Analyse and synthesize data from multiple sources to create comprehensive narratives that efficiently address client business objectives.
• Develop reports and client results that tell compelling stories and provide meaningful insights.
• Ensure the overall quality of project processes and results, adhering to high standards of excellence.

The skills & experience you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

• Proven experience in insights and market research.
• Consistent record of successfully handling multiple clients and partners.
• Strong eye for business and the ability to forge and maintain strong client partnerships.
• In-depth understanding of innovation solutions including product, concept, pack/ logo, pricing, activation studies and related dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey sophisticated ideas to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis, using multiple data sources.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
