Job Description
Our client is an international cost and multi disciplinary consultancy with an excellent reputation across the GCC. As a strategic growth plan for the business. They were previous looking to hire a head of cost management but instead have open to onboard someone who is currently at the assoctiate director role and progress them into the head position by giving them the knowledge, support and guidance to head up the cost team in the future.

Key requirements of the position include;
- MRICS chartership
- Has a relevant degree from a recognised university.
- Is exceptionally presentable with the ability to work within a client facing role.
- Significant experience in Pre-Contract experience is essential.
- Is able to manage time effectively.
- 10 years minimum experience in the GCC ideally Abu Dhabi
- Is a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
