We are seeking an Associate who is passionate about all things digital and ready to bring that energy to our high-performing, collaborative team. You will work closely with senior team members to provide support on day-to-day work, while helping deliver our clients' strategies across their digital footprint. You will demonstrate solid and well-rounded communication skills, and contribute to reporting, community management and content development. Experience managing healthcare clients is preferred, but not a must.

Client relations :

Build strong relationships with your clients. Demonstrate proactivity by offering new ideas and new ways of generating success, including identifying digital opportunities.

Actively work to create a good knowledge of current developments and trends affecting the clients' and the markets in which they operate in

Communication skills:

Writing- have the ability to write in a range of styles including short and long-form digital content

Quality standards- produce high standard of work at all times, paying attention to detail

Presentation skills- establish a strong grasp of presentation skills

Research & analysis- conduct and analyze research (i.e., desktop research, listening exercises, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis) to derive insights on client's sector

Industry and Market knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of client's business priorities and work to create a good knowledge of current developments and trends affecting the clients' industries and markets in the digital arena

Have knowledge of the role of social media channels in PR and how to best utilise each channel to the clients' benefit

Demonstrate understanding of the clients' digital work and provide counsel to team on social media content and activations

Account team support:

Assist in the development of client's activity reports.

1+ years of social media communications experience

Fluency in digital/social media platforms, tools, and solutions

Experience in copywriting and developing a range of social media materials

Familiarity with analytics tools and an ability to set and evaluate campaign metrics

Well-rounded communication skills and good at client servicing

Bilingual- verbal and written
