-Work closely with the Business Lead to drive operational excellence at every step of the creative process - from initial brief intake all the way to final asset delivery takes overall responsibility for the development and management of the streams of work. Active involvement in Strategy Reviews / Financial Updates / Brand, Retail, Digital & Social Campaigns/

-Lead the day to day workflow across Brand/Retail & social teams

-Lead the integrated coms across Communication, Media, CRM & PR teams.

-Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly

-Play a dual role of client advocate and internal team advocate

Qualifications

-8 years+ experience in marketing or advertising

-Organized and detail focused

-High degree of customer orientation, communication skills and assertiveness, coupled with diplomatic skills and a confident appearance

-High level of initiative, goal orientation and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and expert at prioritization, can evaluate the needs of multiple stakeholders and make efficient decisions

-Proactive, forward thinking and collaborative

-Good knowledge of the end to end flow of large scale projects including production (shoot)

-Experience in managing multi-market projects and proactive risk mitigation/ problem solving

-Exceptional written, visual and verbal cross-functional communication skills

-Proven track record of collaboration, taking ownership and driving results

-Excellent language skills in English, Arabic is a plus

-Payment/Technology experience would be preferred
