The role of an Associate Business Director is to take overall account and team leadership from a day-to-day perspective. This entails areas such as campaign-level strategic planning, day-to-day operations management, and ensuring best-in-class account management & client service.
You will be a leader of people and will be required to dedicate time & effort to growing your direct and indirect reports to empower them to be the talent of the future.
Knowledge
Excellent grasp of communications strategy with a full understanding of how advertising works and key advertising principles
Develop a full understanding of the client\'s business with a high focus on the luxury industry, competitors, customers, objectives
Performance First approach, marketing, digital media, social media, mobile marketing, addressability, and advanced measurement models.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a strategic planning role, preferably within a media agency. Experience in Luxury is preferred
Experience in collaborating with multiple internal and external partners in achieving joint goals.
