Job Description
The role of an Associate Business Director is to take overall account and team leadership from a day-to-day perspective. This entails areas such as campaign-level strategic planning, day-to-day operations management, and ensuring best-in-class account management & client service.
You will be a leader of people and will be required to dedicate time & effort to growing your direct and indirect reports to empower them to be the talent of the future.
Knowledge
- Excellent grasp of communications strategy with a full understanding of how advertising works and key advertising principles
- Develop a full understanding of the client\'s business with a high focus on the luxury industry, competitors, customers, objectives
- Performance First approach, marketing, digital media, social media, mobile marketing, addressability, and advanced measurement models.
- Ability to adopt a solution-based mindset, always looking for enhanced methods of working.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with a passion to grow talent from the ground, up.
- Ability to juggle multiple client deliverables at any one time, deploying resources in the right places to achieve the best possible outcome.
- 8+ years of experience in a strategic planning role, preferably within a media agency. Experience in Luxury is preferred
- Experience in collaborating with multiple internal and external partners in achieving joint goals.
- Exceptional client servicing skill
- Experience in managing a high performing team
