Work closely with the Business Lead to drive operational excellence at every
- Lead the day to day workflow across Brand/Retail & social teams
- Lead the integrated coms across Communication, Media, CRM & PR teams.
- Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
- Play a dual role of client advocate and internal team advocate
Qualifications
8 years+ experience in marketing or advertising- Organized and detail focused
- High degree of customer orientation, communication skills and assertiveness, coupled with diplomatic skills and a confident appearance
- High level of initiative, goal orientation and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and expert at prioritization, can evaluate the needs of multiple stakeholders and make efficient decisions
- Proactive, forward thinking and collaborative
- Good knowledge of the end to end flow of large scale projects including production (shoot)
- Experience in managing multi-market projects and proactive risk mitigation/ problem solving
- Exceptional written, visual and verbal cross-functional communication skills
- Proven track record of collaboration, taking ownership and driving results
- Excellent language skills in English, Arabic is a plus
- Luxury and or Automotive experience preferred
