We are looking for an experienced Associate Media Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the buying process for various media campaigns, ensuring that the company\'s advertising goals are met. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
Technical & Product
- Develop and execute media buying strategies to achieve advertising goals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
- Negotiate media rates and contracts with vendors and publishers
- Manage the media planning and buying process from start to finish, including research, planning, execution, and optimization
- Analyze and report on media performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
- Manage a team of media buyers and provide guidance and mentorship as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
7+ years of experience in media buying, with a proven track record of success
Experience managing a team and providing mentorship
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with vendors and publishers
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels
