Kreston Menon is actively looking for an Associate - Audit to join the Audit team at our Ras Al Khaimah Office.
Key Responsibilities
Handle audit engagements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
Review working papers and audit files of team members and supervise them on various audit engagements.
Identify and communicate complex accounting and audit-related matters to Managers, Directors, or Partners.
Be proactive, communicate effectively, and maintain professional and cordial relationships with team members.
Maintain a strong client focus, respond promptly to client requests, and build productive working relationships with client personnel.
Collaborate with team members to set goals and responsibilities, contribute ideas and opinions, and listen and respond to others' views.
Continue to learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.
Skills & Requirements
CA/CA Inter/ACCA
Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in external audit engagements.
Proficiency in audit software and tools (Caseware or similar).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and propose practical solutions.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Tagalog speakers will be preferred
