Job Overview
As an Audit Analytics Associate, you will support the delivery of audit analytics by understanding business processes, extracting and analyzing client data, and communicating findings to core financial audit teams. Your role will involve close collaboration with auditors and clients to apply data tools that enhance audit quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

• Understand client data structures, processes, and controls to develop targeted analytics
• Apply planned analytics procedures and validate the output in alignment with audit goals
• Extract large data sets from client systems using SQL or custom queries
• Use tools like ACL, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize data and identify audit-relevant insights
• Work closely with financial audit teams to report findings and support their assessment
• Maintain clear, step-by-step documentation of data procedures and test outcomes
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and internal audit teams
• Seek continuous learning opportunities and on-the-job development

Job Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Computing, MIS, or a related field

Experience:

• 1 to 2.5 years of experience in data analytics, audit analytics, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Audit Command Language (ACL)
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau

Skills:

• Ability to work with large, complex data sets
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Understanding of audit processes, financial controls, and business terminology (advantageous)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work under tight deadlines
